Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about how to get tickets, audition for our shows, attend a workshop, or support our work? We've answered the most common questions below. If you don't find what you're looking for, reach out and we'll help.

How do I audition for a production?

Audition dates are posted on our website and social media each season. No experience necessary. We welcome artists of all backgrounds and skill levels. Come ready to read and be yourself.

Do I need acting experience to audition?

Not at all. We cast broadly and work with everyone from seasoned performers to first-timers. If you're interested in being on stage, we'll help you get there. Check out current auditions here

When and where do you perform?

Our season runs year-round with main productions staged in various community spaces throughout Brevard. Check our calendar page for current show dates and locations.

How much do tickets cost?

We believe theater should be accessible. Tickets are often free, or otherwise affordably priced, and we offer sliding-scale options so cost is never a barrier to experiencing live performance.

Can I volunteer with Bard in Brevard?

Absolutely. We need help with set building, tech, box office, marketing, and much more. Check out our Get Involved page and let us know how you'd like to contribute.

How do I support the organization financially?

Donations of any size keep us going. Visit our Donate page to learn about giving options, or reach out directly to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Is there a minimum age to participate?

Theater is for everyone. We welcome artists and audience members of all ages. Some productions may have specific age recommendations, but we're committed to creating inclusive opportunities across generations.
